What is it like to be a learner at McArthur Dean?

We are always reaching out to our learners, past and present, to find out more about their experience training with McArthur Dean. We caught up with one of our learners, who is currently taking the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship with us, and she had this to say: 

‘Being a learner at McArthur Dean has been a very positive experience so far. I have amazing support from Sarah Woodmansey, who is my assessor. She has been doing regular check ins with me and gives me the support when I need it. Sarah and McArthur Dean are really approachable and I feel like they are going to continue to have a positive impact on my learning and training.’
