This month we would like to pass our congratulations on to Keiron Casey, who is our ‘Star of the Month’ on the Pre-Apprenticeship. Keiron has worked particularly hard throughout the month and thoroughly deserves his award. He completes his Pre-Apprenticeship on 21st December and will then progress on to the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard here at McArthur Dean. Having successfully secured a job as a Customer Service Apprentice at Brewer Wallace Solicitors in Hull, Keiron is naturally delighted and so we asked him how he has enjoyed his time with us so far:‘McArthur Dean have been really helpful in the process of helping me find an apprenticeship. I learned various skills needed in an office environment that I didn’t previously know, which have in turn helped me on my placement. They found me a placement very quickly and were very efficient about it. My confidence has grown a lot since I started the Pre-Apprenticeship and I now feel like I know everything I need to know to work in an office which I’m really happy about. I’m really happy that I’m progressing onto a full apprenticeship because I’m really enjoying my placement and the experience and skills I learn can help me later in life.’
