Star of the Month | Regan Duffus

We would like to say congratulations to Regan Duffus, who is our ‘Star of the Month’ on the Pre-Apprenticeship programme. Regan has been chosen for this award for numerous reasons. He has worked extremely hard here in the Centre and made a strong impression with his tutors. In addition to this, he has also developed various skills and grown in confidence at his placement Mason Baggott and Garton (MBG) in Scunthorpe. As a result, Regan is working as part of the conveyancing team at MBG and as Practice Manager Tim Bartlett stated recently, Regan ‘already feels very much part of the team’. We caught up with Regan and asked him how he was finding the Pre-Apprenticeship programme:
‘During my time with Mason Baggott and Garton I have begun to understand some areas of the Conveyancing Process and what is involved in buying and selling houses. This is something that I am interested in and I am keen to learn more about it. During my five weeks at Mason Baggott and Garton I have made good relationships with the wonderful staff whom have been extremely patient, kind, helpful and very supportive.
My lessons at the Centre have been informative and I am gaining a good understanding of customer service and administrative tasks. I believe that I am thriving being a part of the Pre-Apprenticeship programme, whilst learning valuable skills and lessons throughout my ongoing course.
I appreciate the opportunity I have been given by McArthur Dean and Mason Baggott and Garton, I will be forever grateful for the opportunities I am given.’
Thank you for those wonderful comments, Regan. We are delighted that you are enjoying the Pre-Apprenticeship and absolutely thrilled that you have made such a good impression at your work placement.
