Here at McArthur Dean, we have spent many years helping people of all ages get back into work and improve their qualifications. Whatever your age and background there may be an opportunity available, which could help you get a job.

We currently work with over 200 employers who provide job opportunities through our various programmes, including the Apprenticeship and Traineeship courses.

With our experience and contacts, we will be able to provide you with the advice, support and guidance you will need to find the right job and help you to develop your qualifications.

We are recruiting for our
Pre-Apprenticeship programme

The results are out now, so what next? The Pre-Apprenticeship may be just the opportunity you are looking for.
On our 16 week course, you will be offered a work placement where you will be able to gain valuable work experience and develop those key skills you need to get a job. Whilst you are on the programme, you will also be paid a bursary of £50 per week.
