An introduction to McArthur Dean

McArthur Dean Training is rated as a ‘Good’ Ofsted provider. We have delivered work based learning since 1995 in the region and currently work with over 200 employers. The company has developed a reputation for high achievement rates through the delivery of quality training in a warm and welcoming, yet business like environment.

Our head office is based in Hull. However, we also provide the same services from our other two centres in Scunthorpe and Grimsby.

We offer training from Level 1 through to Level 5 and work hard to deliver the skills and job opportunities necessary to enable learners to achieve their own personal goals, whilst serving the local business community.

We are proud to deliver the highly successful Apprenticeship and the Traineeship programme. Both of these courses are funded by the Government and delivered on behalf of the Education and Skills Agency.

The Apprenticeship gives learners the opportunity to work in different areas including, administration, accountancy, customer service and management. Whereas, the Traineeship is designed for young people who may need some extra support before they become an Apprentice. Other training is also made available on a fee-paying basis to employers and individuals.

A key objective of the company is to provide each learner with the advice and guidance necessary to develop their own potential within a safe environment, in which no individual is unfairly disadvantaged. Therefore, every effort is made to create a culture in which learning and the development of skills are highly valued by both individuals and businesses.

In essence, each learner is encouraged to progress as much and as far as they want to.

Still working for you.

We would just like to confirm that McArthur Dean will continue to provide a quality service to our Apprentices, Trainees and employers throughout the current lockdown from our centres in Hull, Scunthorpe and Grimsby.
