We are delighted to announce that McArthur Dean Training has become an ‘Appointed Provider’ to the NHS within the North East and Yorkshire/Humber region to deliver the Customer Service (Administration) Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard. The appointment follows a recent procurement process and serves to further develop the ties between our two organisations. Following the withdrawal of the Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship Framework by the government, the NHS made the decision to develop a bespoke qualification which offers quality training in those important areas of customer service and administration. As a result, the NHS have invited us to help them implement their plans through the introduction of the Customer Service (Administration) Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard. McArthur Dean Director, Audrey Dawson, is delighted with the new appointment commenting ’We are pleased to further develop our partnership with the NHS. There is a clear need to provide the key administrative skills at level 2 for their staff through the Apprenticeship and we will work hard to enable them to do this’.
