We are delighted to announce that employers are now able to access the Traineeship incentive of £1000 if you can offer a work placement to a young person keen to improve their job prospects.
How does the Traineeship work?
The Traineeship is designed to help young people aged 16-18 bridge the gap from school/college to a job with an Apprenticeship. It will help them gain more valuable work experience and develop the key skills they need to start their new career. In addition, we will deliver training about the business world and tuition in English and Maths, if required.
So, we are looking for local employers who are prepared to offer a young person a work experience opportunity.
There are no wages to pay and you will receive a £1000 employer incentive for each trainee you recruit (up to a maximum of 10).
