Jolie Anderson is currently taking the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship with us at McArthur Dean and has been doing extremely well. We caught up with her to find out how things are going and thought she would be a great example to showcase:
How are you finding your time with McArthur Dean?
I really enjoy being a part of the McArthur Dean service as I feel like I receive a lot of high-quality training and great service and support.
Are you enjoying the training?
Sarah Woodmansey is my tutor, and she is the most down to earth woman I’ve ever met. I feel like I really get along with her, which makes the classes and work itself much more pleasant to do as I know she’s there to provide good advice and help (as she does with every other Apprentice).
Has McArthur Dean helped you to develop your career?
I feel like McArthur Dean as a whole, has changed my whole work experience and set me up with excellent opportunities. Everyone I have worked with, I feel, has helped me get to where I am now, and I am incredibly grateful for this. I have not yet come across a single fault made by McArthur Dean and I can assure you that through my journey so far, I have received the best quality service given.
Have you received good support and guidance?
Yes, even when some of my job roles have not gone to plan, Julie has helped reassure me that everything will be okay, and she was always right. Julie would always stay in contact with me and I knew she worked her hardest to help find me another opportunity and she did.
Would you recommend McArthur Dean?
Overall, I would highly recommend McArthur Dean to anyone who wishes to choose an Apprenticeship path. As long as you’re willing to put in as much hard work and effort as McArthur Dean does for you.
