Rita works at Dale Leisure in Hull as a Sales Administrator. She recently achieved a PASS in her Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. We asked Rita how she felt, and this is what she said:
‘I am thrilled to have completed my Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship. It has been an amazing journey and fantastic experience, helping me to strengthen my communication, organisation, and time management skills, while also improving my confidence and understanding of business operations.
