Congratulations to Oliver Moor!!

Oliver works Alpha Associates UK Limited in Hull as an Operations Assistant. He recently achieved a PASS in his Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard. We asked Oliver how he felt, and this is what he said:
‘The Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification has really helped my confidence in the workplace when speaking to clients either through emails or the phone. Belinda was a big help in supporting me through my training, giving me the support I need to grow my confidence and as well as giving me knowledge and skills that I’d never used before.’
