Congratulations to Lola Morland!!
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Lola Morland!
Lola, who works at Harlequin Office Furniture in Scunthorpe, recently achieved a DISTINCTION in her Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. We asked Lola how she felt, and this is what she said:
“Completing my Level 2 Customer Service qualification with McArthur Dean Training has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my customer service skills, and I’m especially grateful to my tutor, Sarah, whose outstanding support helped me succeed. I couldn’t have done it without her. I’m extremely proud to have achieved a distinction and look forward to achieving more in my Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.”
