Congratulations to Jodie Dickson!!

Jodie works at Excel Laminating Ltd in Hull as a General Manager. She recently achieved a DISTINCTION in her Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Standard. We asked Jodie how she felt, and this is what she said:
