Congratulations to Isabella Steer!!
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you!
Isabella completed her Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard at Hinks Insurance in Hull as a Commercial Apprentice, and she has recently secured a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship at Bauer Engineering in Hull as a Project Apprentice.
She recently achieved a DISTINCTION in her Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. We asked Isabella how she felt, and this is what she said:
‘Completing my Level 2 Customer Service qualification with McArthur Dean Training has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my customer service skills. I want to say a big thank you to my assessor Angie as she has been a massive help along this journey. I’m extremely proud to have achieved a distinction and look forward to achieving more in my Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.’
