Ellie works at McArthur Dean Training in Hull as a Business Development Administrator. She recently achieved a PASS in her Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. We asked Ellie how she felt, and this is what she said:
‘Completing my Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship gave me the skills and confidence to take my role to the next level. Thanks to the support from my manager and my assessor, I’ve developed the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills to keep moving forward in my career.’
