We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you!
Callum works at My Toilet Spares in Hull as a Customer Service Advisor. He recently achieved a DISTINCTION in his Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. We asked Callum how he felt, and this is what he said:
‘I joined the Study Programme at McArthur Dean to gain my Functional Skills maths and English, which was one of the best decisions I ever made. The support I got from the tutors made a massive difference. Everything was explained clearly, and I was given the time and help I needed to understand things. My confidence grew, and I went on to achieve my Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects. During my apprenticeship, I worked hard and ended up achieving a Distinction, which is something I never thought I would be capable of before starting on the Study Programme. It feels amazing to look back and see how far I’ve come, and I honestly don’t think I would have got here without the support and encouragement from everyone at McArthur Dean. They didn’t just help me pass – they helped me believe in myself and aim higher.’
