£3,000 employer incentive for Apprentices extended to the end of January 2022!

Fantastic news for employers! The Apprenticeships Incentive Scheme has been extended to the end of January 2022. This means employers can get a grant of £3,000 for every apprentice (of any age) they employ in a new role before that date.

In a speech to the Conservative Party Conference, Rishi Sunak recently announced that the government would be extending the scheme to give businesses an economic boost post-COVID. The incentive is designed to help businesses grow their teams and add new skills.

So, if you are looking to employ a new member of staff, why not recruit an Apprentice and receive the employer incentive payment?!

The incentive is paid in addition to the £1,000 payment already provided for new apprentices aged 16 to 18, meaning that some employers could receive £4,000 in total.

Now is your chance to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity before it ends.
