Profile: Sue Smith

Sue has enjoyed many years experience in the public and private sectors, including various management roles in business support services. 

Sue has been responsible for the delivery and assessment of training in administration and customer service to staff, managers and supervisors and has developed quality systems. 

Sue is now involved with the delivery of both Apprenticeships and Adult Apprenticeships in administration and customer service.
