What is your role at McArthur Dean?
I am the receptionist and a Business Administrator.
When did you start with the company?
I started with McArthur Dean on October 2nd 2012.
What do you like best about your job?
The best thing about my job is meeting new people daily and the people I work with.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would like to work with elephants because they are my favourite animal.
What’s the weirdest job that you’ve ever had?
I haven’t had a weird job so far.
What are your hobbies/interests/favourite thing to do in your spare time?
I love shopping and also in my spare time I like to go on days out to the seaside and to the cinema.
What’s your favourite food?
My favourite food is a Spaghetti Bolognese.
What’s your favourite drink?
My favourite drink has to be Disaronno.
Favourite holiday destination/best ever holiday?
My favourite holiday destination is France because it’s the first holiday abroad I have had. The best holiday I had was when I went to the Isle of White because it was a fun place to be and there was a lot to do.
What’s one thing that you couldn’t live without?
What is one thing that you cannot resist?
Shopping. It’s one of my favourite things to do!
What is your favourite season and why?
My favourite season is summer because I like the hot weather and having bbq’s.
My pet like is going on nights out with my friends.
My pet dislike is slow walkers!
How do you think your best friend would describe you?
My best friend would describe me as funny and a fun person to be around.
What is your most memorable moment at McArthur Dean?
My most memorable moment at McArthur Dean was when I got taken on as full time staff because it’s the first proper job I have had.
If you could pick any place to live, where would it be and why?
I would love to live in New York because it’s my dream place to go.
In your opinion, what is good/not so good about Hull?
The good thing about Hull is the nightlife. I can’t think of anything bad about Hull really as it’s where I have lived all of my life.
What has been the most important innovation you have witnessed in your lifetime?
The most important innovation I have witnessed is how much Hull has changed. For example, we now have 3 main shopping centres instead of 2 as St Stephen’s opened in 2007.
