What we hope to achieve:
1. Raise funds for the Richard Horne testimonial
- A total of £250.00 will be donated to the Richard Horne testimonial, for each learner completing the Train to Gain programme. Richard will personally meet every learner for a photograph opportunity and autograph.
2. Enable Richard Horne to actively put something back into the community
- The programme will give Richard the chance to become more involved; meeting supporters and visiting local businesses, as they deal with the credit crunch
3. Encourage more people to learn and achieve a qualification
- Taking part in Train to Gain will provide an opportunity for learners to benefit from free training which will help them to develop their skills, gain a nationally recognised qualification and progress their career.
4. Assist the local business community
- The programme will also offer free training to employers in difficult times. Train to Gain will help businesses to improve the skill levels of their staff and remain competitive during the downturn. |
