Profile: Karen Wright

Karen has eleven years experience, working within the retail sector in both a customer service and management capacity. 

In addition, Karen has spent the last twelve years in work based learning as a tutor/assessor, delivering various programmes, which have included, for example, retail, customer service, administration and key skills. 

Karen is involved with the Apprenticeship and Adult Apprenticeship programmes at McArthur Dean, delivering administration and customer service.
