Profile: Helen Walker

Helen has ten years experience working within administration and a further two years providing IT/online technical support. 

Helen has spent several years with McArthur Dean Training, delivering the Apprenticeship and Adult Apprenticeship programmes in areas, which include management, administration, team-leading, IT, customer service, key skills and technical certificates. 

As a qualified Level 4 Literacy tutor, Helen provides tuition on the skills for life programme.
