McArthur Dean Training has delivered quality training to the local business community for the last ten years and currently works with over 100 employers.

We are constantly seeking to forge working relationships with respected companies who express a desire to invest in the training and development of their staff.

A key element within our portfolio is the Apprenticeship programme, which involves learners aged between 16 and 25 years of age. The training provided is specifically business related and includes, for example, administration, accountancy, customer service, IT and law.

If your organisation is considering recruiting young people either now or in the future, McArthur Dean Training would be delighted to assist you in the recruitment process. The recruitment service and training is delivered free of charge and is designed to provide you with highly motivated and well-trained individuals.

In addition to potential young employees, the benefits and opportunities offered by the Apprenticeship programme are also available to any existing staff you may have, who are interested in the programme and aged between 16 and 25 years of age.
